Zuzar Lakdawala
A Bachelor of Commerce with honors in Accountancy from Calcutta University, West Bengal with overall 8 years of IT experience in designing, developing, implementing and testing of application. On account of being in the industry for over 8 years has a lot of experience of working on different IT projects across verticals of industries in India as well as overseas.

Due to an exceptional track record in his professional career he has been particularly nominated to visit clients across various countries like Malaysia, Japan, UK and USA for designing and implementing large and complicated systems.
While working in Deloitte he got the opportunity of visiting USA to design the system for Departments of Common Wealth (USA Government).

Currently, is the technology head of blueMango solutions and is in charge of the overall delivery.
 
Aditi Anil Manduskar
A Bachelor of Management Studies with specialization in Marketing and International Finance from St. Xaviers College, Mumbai University. Studied for a semester (for BBA – Bachelor in Business Administration course) in Rutgers, State University of New Jersey, USA.

Worked for 4 years in a Multinational company (an Italian Joint Venture) as a Business Analyst and Relationship Manager for large strategic accounts and reported directly to the Managing Director of the firm. On account of excelling performance got more than one opportunity of international exposure like Board of Director’s meetings and Annual International Conference in Modena, Italy, Corporate Planning Training in Shanghai, China.

Worked in the IT industry, in a software development firm for 2 years as a Business Development Manager managing the duties of a Client Account Manager and Sales Manager. She was responsible for managing all the key strategic customers (India, USA, and Europe) of the company and contributed to generating large volume of business with successful and efficient account management.

She is the sales head of blueMango solutions and is in charge of the business development India & Overseas.
